Most “AI chat” add-ons for Shopify are a wrapper around a generic model that hasn't actually read your catalog — it guesses, and sometimes it's wrong in front of your customer. What I build is different because I've already built this exact kind of system before — at real scale. One of my AI projects indexes over 81,000 items and understands natural-language queries well enough to explain whyit's recommending something, using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): the AI is grounded in your actual data, not making things up. That's the same engine, pointed at your store instead of a content catalog.
